Rückgabebestimmungen
Jeder Käufer hat ein Anrecht darauf, seine erhaltenen Artikel innerhalb von 14 Tagen nach Versand der Ware an Batik-Butik zu retournieren.
Für Retouren müssen die Artikel in hygienisch einwandfreiem und ungeöffnetem Zustand retourniert werden, ansonsten verfällt der Anspruch auf Rückgabe.
Für die Kosten der Rücksendung von Waren muss der Kunde selber aufkommen.
Um eine Rücksendung zu beantragen, muss der Kunde eine Mail mit der Bestellnummer und dem Grund, warum die Artikel zurückgegeben werden wollen an batik-butik@proton.me schreiben. Weitere Infos folgen dann per Mail.
Die Rückerstattung kann ab Wareneingang bis zu 10 Arbeitstage dauern.
Return policy
Every buyer has the right to return the items received to Batik-Butik within 14 days of dispatch of the goods.
For returns, the items must be returned in a hygienically perfect and unopened condition, otherwise the right to return the goods expires.
The customer is responsible for the costs of returning goods.
To request a return, the customer must send an e-mail to batik-butik@proton.me with the order number and the reason why the items are to be returned. Further information will then follow by email.
Refunds can take up to 10 working days from receipt of goods.
